Bookings
Outside of Club Sessions, you can use the beach courts with your friends. To do this you will need a net and volleyballs.

Summer Bookings

Shoreditch Park:

London Beach Volleyball Club has volleyball equipment including net, lines and volleyballs available for club members to hire through Britannia Leisure Centre which is on the north east edge of Shoreditch Park. Check the Leisure Centre opening times for when the equipment is available to hire, equipment must be returned at least 30min before closing.

If you have signed up as an LBVC member you can hire this equipment as many times as you like.

Mayesbrook Arena:

Bookings outside club sessions need to be confirmed with the council. Please request your booking at least 7 days in advance.

To book either court, fill out the booking form using the link below. You can invite other Club Members or people on the mailing list to join you using this form as well.

To ensure your weekend booking for Shoreditch gets processed on time, please submit your request using this form by 6pm Thursday. Weekday bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Later requests may be possible, submit the form and then contact the Bookings Co-ordinator - bookings@londonbeachvolleyball.org.

Bookings are processed on a first come - first served basis. The Bookings Co-ordinator will contact you directly if the time you have requested is no longer available.

Once processed, your booking will appear on the Event Calendar.

Winter bookings

Wanting to use the club equipment at the Shoreditch Park court during winter?

Email Bookings@londonbeachvolleyball.org.

Include details of the day, date and time of your booking, and a contact mobile number.

Club members: The LBVC equipment at Britannia Leisure Centre has been moved to a locked store cupboard for the winter. If the receptionist doesn't know where it is, get them to ask for the Duty Manager who can get it out for you.

Remember your £60 cash deposit.

Social or Corporate Events

For information on using the equipment for a one off social or corporate event visit the Social Events or Corporate Events page of our website. Bookings will need to be made at least 14 days in advance.
